Really, I was obsessed with anything by Lois Lowry, but Number the Stars was right up there, second to The Giver. I even adapted it into a play so that I could star in it in seventh grade (I made my younger sister Lael play the younger sister too). Sounds like you are having a lot of fun, I hope the rest of your trip goes well! I loved Number the Stars! It's one of those historical incidents that really makes me deeply happy. I've been having a great time in the Netherlands, but Copenhagen was definitely a high point.
